- Product was found to have expired at the time of delivery.
- The package received was tampered with or incomplete.
Note: Return requests must be raised within 48 hours of delivery along with clear supporting proof (images or videos of the package and invoice).
2. Non-Returnable Items
To maintain hygiene and safety standards for dietary supplements, the following are not eligible for return or refund:
- Opened or used products.
- Products returned due to personal preference or "change of mind."
- Products damaged due to improper handling, storage, or misuse by the customer.
- Items returned without original packaging, seals, labels, or the original invoice.
3. Return Request Process

- Provide your Order ID, a description of the issue, and supporting images/videos.
- Our team will review the request and confirm eligibility.
- If approved, return or replacement instructions will be shared via email or phone.
Aora India reserves the right to reject requests that do not meet eligibility criteria or lack adequate proof.
4. Refund Process
Refunds are processed only after the returned product passes our internal quality checks.
- Refunds will be issued to the original mode of payment.
- Processing Time: 7–10 business days after the return is approved.
- Shipping or handling charges are non-refundable unless the return is due to an error attributable to Aora India.

5. Replacement Policy
In eligible cases, customers may opt for a replacement instead of a refund, subject to product availability. Replacement products will be shipped only after the returned item is received and verified by our Quality Assurance Team.
6. Order Cancellations
- Orders may be cancelled only before dispatch.
- Once an order has been shipped, cancellation requests will not be accepted.
- Post-dispatch, the return policy outlined above shall apply.
7. Damaged or Incorrect Deliveries
If you receive a damaged or incorrect product:
- Where possible, do not accept the delivery if the outer packaging is visibly damaged.
- If already accepted, notify us within 48 hours of delivery.
- Provide clear images of the product, the outer packaging, and the invoice.

If you have not received your refund within the stated 10-business-day timeline:

- Contact your credit card issuer, as it may take time before your refund is officially posted.
